1. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Each piece is handcrafted with love, using traditional techniques and high-quality materials.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer COD on select products and pin codes.
3. Can I customize my order?
We’re happy to consider minor customizations depending on availability. Drop us a message on Instagram or email us.
4. What if I receive a damaged product?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or offer store credit.
5. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!
6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, orders go into processing and cannot be cancelled.
