At Kalakriti Decor, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience for our handmade festive décor items.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at Kalakritidecorshop@gmail.com with the subject line:
    "Order Cancellation - [Order ID]".
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations may lead to your account being restricted from placing future COD orders.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Since most of our products are handmade, delicate, and festive-specific, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Wrong item sent

3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

📩 Email us at Kalakritidecorshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • A clear picture or video of the damaged/wrong product
  • Subject line: "Replacement Request - [Order ID]"

Once verified, we will:

  • Ship you a replacement OR
  • Offer a store credit (valid for your next purchase)

4. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings will not be considered a defect.
  • No returns/refunds on personalized or custom-made orders.
